Refund Policy
I want you to love your art. Because I sell both original pieces in house prints and print-on-demand items through Gelato, policies differ depending on the product type. For original artworks, you have 5 days from delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you change your mind about an order, please contact me immediately to see if I can assist you.
Print-on-Demand & Orders
print-on-demand products are made specifically for you when you order. Because of this custom process, I only offer refunds or replacements for print-on-demand items if the product is defective or damaged during transit. To start a request, please email me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs for elective returns on original art are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Items and Timelines
If your art arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
