My print-on-demand products are fulfilled through Gelato’s global network to ensure faster delivery, while original pieces and certain print sizes are packed by hand in New Brunswick, Canada. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific items in your cart. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred.

Orders for original art and prints are processed within 3-5 business days to ensure secure packaging.
Print-on-demand items are typically produced and ready for shipment within 2-4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. Shipping times vary by destination: domestic orders within Canada usually arrive in 4-10 business days, while international shipments can take 2-4 weeks. I use reliable carriers like Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your art arrives safely at your doorstep.
